Nature Based Psychotherapy

Program under construction (coming soon...)

Nature Based Psychotherapy

This approach integrates traditional therapeutic practices with the benefits of nature. It uses the relationship with nature to promote emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. Through contact with nature, both externally and internally, you can benefit from its regenerative properties, which facilitates personal growth, reduces stress, and improves overall mental health. Since almost 100% of our evolution has taken place in contact with nature, we are undoubtedly genetically predisposed to love nature et be loved by it (Dr. Qing Li, 2018). We have a biological need to be in contact with it, and in the absence of a meaningful connection with nature (our true-self and natural elements of earth), our physical and mental health suffers (E.O. Wilson, 1984). Ecotherapy, also called nature therapy, relies on contact with natural elements—trees, plants, water, rocks, fire, and air—to support the therapeutic process. This approach invites us to reconnect with our natural world, cultivating a more conscious and interdependend relationship with all living things. It's a way to remember who we are and our origins.
